Tasks remaining
- Define system architecture (Mermaid diagram of functional blocks)
- Add all major ICs and ground portal (polyfuse, TVS, LM74610, LM2596, AP2112K, DRV8313 ×2, VNH7070BAS ×2)
- Add connectors (buck bypass header, MotorFlex header, test pads)
- Add supporting passives (decoupling, snubbers, bootstrap diodes, shunts, I²C pull-ups/series resistors)
- Complete all net wiring in the schematic
- Run ERC and resolve warnings
- Verify footprints and stackup
- Configure PCB dimensions, layers, and plane assignments
- Set net classes and trace widths
- Place components by functional block
- Route all nets and refine critical routes
- Run DRC and clear violations
Success criteria: Not yet met—all schematic blocks, PCB placement, routing, and ERC/DRC checks remain to be completed.
Next step: Generate and save the system-architecture Mermaid diagram showing the VBAT path, Buck→LDO, Dual BLDC, Dual Brushed, I²C/MotorFlex, Test Pads, and MCU/Core blocks, then update the “System Architecture” property.
