Verified the attached part assets and confirmed the footprint currently has 52 pads; I also reviewed the terminal set against the datasheet pin table and kept the part at 52 terminals including the exposed pads
Updated many terminal properties so the symbol better matches the datasheet, including Pin Description fields and corrected Pin Type values for ground, exposed-ground, RF, and crystal-related pins
