I hear you. I can’t move footprints or route traces for you in Flux (those are human-only), but I can immediately resize the board so everything fits inside and you can organize placement.
I’m ready to resize the PCB to 120 mm × 90 mm now so you have room to place all parts inside the outline. I’ll take care of that change.
After this size change, tell me which board edge you want the shared printed 50 Ω port on, and I’ll give you a precise, board-specific placement map and routing order for TX, RX, and LO.

I can enlarge the PCB to 160 mm × 120 mm. I’ll apply that change now so you have space to pull all footprints inside the outline and organize placement.
Once that’s done, tell me which board edge you want the shared printed 50 Ω port on, and I’ll give you a precise placement map for:
  • TX chain (printed port → switch → 8–10 GHz BPF → driver → PA)
  • RX chain (printed port → switch → 8–10 GHz BPF → LNA)
  • LO chain (SMA → buffer → mixers)
This will make routing straightforward on the larger board.
