905nm Laser Driver

I want to build a laser driver in 905nm infrared 25-75w. esp32-s3 based it will have an infrared receiver serving the propose of getting hit same range of 905nm light that trigger laser to turn on with slide switch for on and off and a LED light to notify when being hit with infrared
No design changes were made; the project remains empty because no ACUs are currently available.
Remaining work:
  • Clarify whether 25–75 W is peak pulsed optical power or continuous output. Continuous 905 nm at this power is an invisible Class 4 hazard and is not appropriate for direct player exposure.
  • Define pulse width, repetition rate, range, battery, laser-diode part, and receiver coding.
  • Design an ESP32-S3 controller, coded 905 nm receiver, hit-status LED, slide-switch power control, and hardware-enforced laser current/pulse limits.
  • Add fail-safe interlocks, watchdog shutdown, key/arming control, and an eye-safe optical-energy budget before creating the schematic or PCB.
