Make me a temperature and humidity sensor node with Wifi and Bluetooth, powered by USB-C (5V) for consumer use.
It should be a low-power environmental node with a digital T/RH sensor, ultra-low-power MCU with Wi-Fi + Bluetooth (dual-radio) — 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n plus BLE 5.x powered by USB-C (5 V) — USB-C receptacle 5 V default; include reverse/OVP/UVLO/OCP protection and plan for 0.5–3 A sources.
I can’t execute changes right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI project-editing features are unavailable.
Nothing has been added to the project yet; it’s still an empty draft project. To build this sensor node, the remaining work is:
Create the system architecture: USB-C 5 V input, protection/power path, regulated 3.3 V rail, Wi-Fi/BLE MCU, digital temperature/RH sensor, programming/debug, status LED, and test points.
Select parts: likely an ESP32-C6/ESP32-S3-class module for Wi-Fi + BLE 5.x, a low-power I2C T/RH sensor, USB-C receptacle, eFuse/protection IC, 3.3 V buck or LDO depending on power budget, and ESD protection.
Add the schematic with USB-C CC pull-downs, reverse/OVP/UVLO/OCP protection sized for 0.5–3 A sources, power regulation, decoupling, sensor wiring, boot/programming circuitry, and RF keepout notes.
Create layout constraints for consumer use: antenna keepout, USB-C edge placement, protection near connector, sensor thermal isolation/vent exposure, and manufacturable clearances.
Run ERC/DRC, create a bring-up plan, and document compliance considerations for a wireless consumer product.
Once ACUs are available, I can proceed with the full schematic capture and validation.
