Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Sensor Node Design

I can’t execute design changes right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI project mutation tools are unavailable.
Current project state:
  • Project is empty: 0 components, 0 nets.
  • No schematic, PCB layout, or documentation has been created yet.
  • Requested design: USB-C powered low-power temperature/humidity Wi-Fi + BLE environmental sensor node for consumer use.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  • Select MCU/module with 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n + BLE 5.x, likely an ESP32-C3/S3/C6-class module depending on cost, power, and feature priorities.
  • Select digital temperature/RH sensor, e.g. Sensirion SHT4x/SHT3x or TI HDC302x.
  • Design USB-C 5 V input with CC pull-downs, fuse/current limiting, reverse protection, OVP, UVLO, OCP, and ESD protection sized for 0.5–3 A sources.
  • Add 3.3 V regulation, decoupling, programming/debug interface, boot/reset circuitry, and I2C pull-ups.
  • Create schematic, power budget, firmware pin map, regulatory notes for Wi-Fi/BLE consumer use, and board bring-up plan.
  • Proceed to PCB placement/routing with RF keepout and USB-C/front-end protection layout constraints.
