In general, to export a printed circuit board (PCB) design as a Gerber file from an electronics CAD program, you'll follow steps similar to these:

Open your project in the CAD program.
Go to the File menu or some equivalent, usually located in the top-left corner of the application.
Select Export or Generate/Export Outputs or similar wording.
Select Gerber files from the list of export options.
A dialog box will appear where you will be able to customize your Gerber file settings. This can include options such as the desired units (metric or imperial), format size (2:4, 2:5, etc.), and whether or not to include a separate file for board outlines.
After setting your preferences, choose the directory in which you want to save the Gerber files, and click OK or Export to start the export process.

However, as of my knowledge cutoff in September 2023, Flux doesn't yet support native export of layouts as Gerber files. My training does suggest that a potential workaround might involve exporting the design as an Eagle .brd file or other supported format, then using a different tool that does support Gerber export to convert the .brd file to Gerber files.
