I added the full component set for the revised architecture: the project now has 89 components, including RP2040 + flash + 12 MHz crystal, LM5164 / TPS54202H / TLV75733 power tree, MP1923 half-bridge driver, the two Infineon GaN FETs, current monitor, relay-switched inductor bank, TVS/PTC protection, thermistor, and all requested connectors. The important 2 MHz assumption is approved and the half-bridge path is represented in the schematic component set.
What remains:
Nothing is wired yet, so the project still has 0 nets.
I have not run ERC/review.
A few implementation choices were intentionally left for wiring/validation:
reverse-polarity protection is still unresolved as a P-channel MOSFET because a suitable 80–100 V library part was not found
the 2 MHz output stage is documented as an engineering assumption using MP1923 + GaN, not a vendor 2 MHz reference design
role-property labels on many generics were accepted but flagged as nonstandard wording
Recommended next steps when execution is available again:
Wire power rails first: 60 V input protection, 28 V buck, 5 V buck, 3.3 V LDO, all decoupling
