J2 → TFT_HEADER
U2 → BUCK5V
U3 → BUCK3V3
J1 → PROG_HEADER
Tasks not done:
Connect nets between J5, BUCK5V, BUCK3V3, ESP32 VIN/antenna zone, and GND_MAIN
Set PCB layout size property to 100 × 70 mm
Place all components in their defined functional zones
Start Auto-Layout placement agent
Configure 12 V nets to a minimum trace width of 1.2 mm
Run Auto-Layout routing for all nets
Execute DRC and ERC checks
Add ground pours on all copper layers
Add ESP32 programming test pads
Verify orientation/ratings of relay/solenoid flyback diodes
Tasks I couldn’t perform:
Connecting the specified nets (requires manual net assignments)
Success criteria status:
✅ Description updated and PCB resized
❌ Component grouping, keep-out/TFT zones not yet enforced
❌ Auto-Layout routing and wide 12 V traces not yet completed
❌ No DRC/ERC validation performed
