PCB Assembly Challenges

I’ll add three 0 Ω jumper resistors—two for the nITRIP ground links and one for VCP—place them in the added board space, update the schematic nets, and route them before running full checks.
The three 0 Ω jumpers and new local nets are in the schematic with JLC basic part C95177. Five physical connections remain, so I’m placing the jumpers near U1 and routing both sides now.
im going to hand this off to the JLCPCB PCB planning service, bundle the relevant documents so I can give it to them to finish up
I’ll prepare a handoff package containing the current Gerbers/design exports, BOM/CPL, schematic/netlist where available, and a concise engineering brief that clearly identifies the unfinished jumper routing and manufacturing constraints.
The handoff brief is complete and explicitly marks the current layout as unfinished. I’m exporting the reference Gerbers, BOM/CPL, netlist, ODB++, IPC-2581, and STEP so JLCPCB’s planning engineer has both manufacturing views and editable interchange data.
Prepared the JLCPCB PCB planning handoff package. Important: the current layout is intentionally unfinished and contains airwires, dangling/floating copper, and local overlaps; the handoff brief tells JLCPCB not to fabricate until they finish routing and achieve clean DRC.
Send JLCPCB the handoff brief first, then these files and the editable Flux project URL. Ask them to return clean final Gerbers, BOM/CPL, and a DRC report after completing the U1/jumper area.
Complete handoff documentation
Export DRC violations
Audit JLC BOM
Document jumper mappings
Run final ERC
