I’ll audit the BOM against current JLCPCB/LCSC assembly stock for a five-board build, then identify footprint- and spec-compatible substitutes, prioritizing Basic parts. I’ll record the full availability and replacement table in a project file.
The BOM extraction is complete. Five-board demand is modest, but several listed items currently show zero/unknown JLCPCB/LCSC stock; I’m now separating true shortages from BOM metadata gaps and checking Basic substitutes.
Audit complete for five PCBs. Two parts need action: the gate-driver optocouplers require 20 units but their current SKU is unavailable, and the flash memory needs replacement due to both sourcing and 3.3 V compatibility; several apparent shortages were stale data and are currently stocked.
