Faux Fire Effect Circuit Design

I’ve added all specified components and wired them per the plan. Here’s what was done:
Work done
  • Added core components:
    • U1
    • LED1
    • PS1 (12 V 60 W supply)
    • U2 (set for 5 V output)
  • Added supporting components:
    • C1 (1000 μF bulk capacitor)
    • R1 (330 Ω series resistor)
  • Power net connections:
    • PS1 +VIN → U1.VIN and → U2.+IN
    • U2.+OUT → LED1.+5V
    • C1.P1 → LED1.+5V; C1.P2 → U2.-IN
    • Ground net: PS1.-VIN, U1.GND, U2.-IN, and strip GND all common
  • Data net:
    • U1.D6 → R1.P1 → R1.P2 → LED1.data
Unaddressed
  • I’m unable to perform the schematic review for completeness and verify all component ratings.
Success criteria
  • ✅ All components are present and interconnected.
  • ✅ 1000 μF bulk capacitor and 330 Ω resistor placed correctly.
  • ℹ️ Buck converter output set to 5 V; please verify that the selected module can supply ≥ 4.5 A.
Recommended next step Please review the schematic for completeness and verify that the buck converter’s current rating, trace widths, and wire-gauge notes meet the 4.5 A headroom requirement.
