I can’t generate the final manufacturing package right now for two reasons:
  • The session is hard-stopped by “insufficient credits”, so I can’t run the remaining project edits/exports.
  • The schematic/layout is still not in a clean, stable state (duplicate/ghost connector artifacts and ERC/DRC issues), so any Gerbers / pick-and-place / STEP produced at this moment would be unreliable for a prototyper.
What you can do immediately in Flux to export once the project is stable
Per Flux docs:
How to Export:
  1. Click the Flux logo in the top-left corner
  2. Navigate to Export > Manufacturing Files (Gerbers, etc)
  3. The ZIP file will be downloaded automatically
Export Not Available: Gerbers need an active PCB layout; Pick & Place needs placed components; BOM needs valid component data.

Best next step (since you said you’ll involve Support)
Please contact Flux Support and mention:
  • duplicate/ghost RJ45 connectors and lingering ERC no-connect issues after deleting parts
  • you need exports blocked by that state

  • confirmation that ERC is clean (or the remaining ERC messages)
  • whether the PCB has any remaining airwires/DRC issues

  • BOM

  • build scope + assembly notes
