- Cleared the BOM missing-MPN DRC flags for mounting holes by setting Exclude from BOM and DNI placeholders on Hole1, Hole2, Hole3, Hole4
- Disconnected the nets that were tied to No-Connect pins on K1, K2, and J2; also disconnected J3 pin 7 which appears to be acting as the flagged NC
Success criteria review
- ❌ No remaining ERC No-Connect violations: ERC still reports NC violations on K1, K2, J2, J3 even after disconnect operations
- ❌ PCB DRC passes: still failing due to 63 airwires and 11 floating copper items (these require routing/copper edits)
- ✅ BOM reports have correct MPN handling for Hole1-Hole4
- ❌ Release exports + notes: blocked until ERC/DRC are clean
Next steps
- The remaining work is blocked by (1) ERC not clearing the NC violations despite pin disconnects (likely a pin-mapping/duplicate-symbol issue on J3 and/or relay NC pins), and (2) routing/copper edits needed to clear airwires and floating copper. If you want, I can continue by:
- Inspecting the exact offending pins/nets with a focused schematic extraction and then reworking the offending connector/relay symbols (or replacing them) to make ERC deterministic
