I can help design a voltage measurement circuit once ACUs are available again. What remains is to define the measurement requirements: voltage range, AC or DC, required accuracy, isolation needs, output interface, and what will read the measurement signal, such as an MCU ADC, op-amp, comparator, or external ADC.
