Industrial LiPo Charger Schematic

I can’t draw or modify the schematic right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI execution features are unavailable.
Accomplished so far:
  • No schematic changes have been made yet.
  • The project is still empty: 0 components, 0 nets.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  • Define charger requirements: LiPo cell count, charge current, USB-C/input voltage, battery capacity, protection needs, enclosure/industrial constraints.
  • Select an industrial-ready charger IC with power-path management, thermal regulation, safety timer, NTC battery temperature input, and fault indication.
  • Add the full schematic: input protection, USB-C or DC input, charger IC, LiPo connector, battery protection/fuel gauge if needed, status LEDs, test points, and decoupling.
  • Run ERC/design review and create a board bring-up plan.
Recommended product-ready architecture:

Text

USB-C / DC Input
   → Fuse / TVS / Reverse Protection
→ Charger IC with Power Path
   → LiPo Battery Connector
   → System Power Rail

Battery NTC → Charger IC TEMP pin
Status LEDs → CHG / DONE / FAULT pins
Test Points → VIN, SYS, BAT, GND, ICHG sense
A good default direction would be a single-cell LiPo charger with power-path management, NTC temperature monitoring, input surge/ESD protection, battery connector, status LEDs, and production test points.
