Temperature and Humidity Sensor Design

Make me a temperature and humidity sensor node with Wifi and Bluetooth, powered by USB-C (5V) for consumer use.
It should be a low-power environmental node with a digital T/RH sensor, ultra-low-power MCU with Wi-Fi + Bluetooth (dual-radio) — 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n plus BLE 5.x powered by USB-C (5 V) — USB-C receptacle 5 V default; include reverse/OVP/UVLO/OCP protection and plan for 0.5–3 A sources.

  • USB-C 5 V input with CC pull-downs for default 5 V sink behavior
  • Input protection: reverse protection, OVP, UVLO, OCP/current limiting
  • 5 V to 3.3 V regulation sized for Wi‑Fi transmit current
  • Ultra-low-power Wi‑Fi + BLE 5.x MCU/module, likely an ESP32-C3/S3-class module depending on requirements
  • Digital temperature/RH sensor over I²C
  • Programming/debug interface
  • Decoupling, pull-ups, reset/boot circuitry, and test points
  • Consumer-use documentation: power budget, bring-up plan, firmware notes, and regulatory considerations for the wireless module
Once ACUs are available, I can build the schematic, select components, wire it, add the required documentation, and verify the design.
