Motor Control Configuration

im using 4 9 volt batteries.Spec for the motor Value Stall Current 17.5 A @ 11.1V Free-Run Speed ~43,000 RPM Nominal Voltage 11.1V (3S LiPo) Motor Size 180-size (brushed DC)
Here’s what we’d need to add to the Nano-shield template to drive three DC-180 motors (17.5 A stall @11.1 V):
  1. Motor power/output interface (×3)
  2. Unidirectional MOSFET drivers (×3)
  3. Flyback protection diodes (×3)
  4. Preset-voltage selector (Motor 3 only)
Next: to feed Motor 3 with 7 V, 12 V or 16 V from your 4×9 V (≈36 V) pack, we’ll need onboard DC-DC conversion.
Do you want to:
  • Use three off-the-shelf high-current buck-converter modules?
  • Or design discrete regulators on-board (e.g. with an LM5116-style controller + external FETs)?
Let me know your preference, and I can integrate the appropriate regulators into the template.

Template for Arduino Nano Shield. Include an official pinout so you will always know Arduino names, the alternative roles of pins, which one is SDA, or SCL, etc. On PCB you can find the 3D model of the Arduino Nano itself along with the board outline on the silkscreen. #Arduino #Nano #Shield #template #project #project-template
