I checked your PCB: the board outline is defined as an 80 mm × 60 mm rectangle, and the key export-blocking DRC checks came back clean. I regenerated the Gerber package here: pcbv1-gerbers.zip. If your manufacturer still says “board outline missing,” upload the entire ZIP without extracting, or make sure their viewer includes the Edge/Outline layer from the Gerber package.
