CURRENT RESULT
Regulator correction failed and was fully rolled back to checkpoint #282d7874. The proposed C20/R18 coordinates overlap U9.
VERIFICATION EVIDENCE
99 components, 59 nets, 163 airwires, 0 dangling traces; BB_L1 and BB_L2 remain unrouted.
REMAINING OWNER DECISION, IF ANY
Approve a fresh regulator-area placement solution that may revise the previously proposed coordinates while preserving the V1 architecture.
PROTOTYPE READY: NO EXACT NEXT PHYSICAL STEP
Do not fabricate yet; first approve recalculation of the U9/L3/C19/C20/R17–R19 placement.
I’ll read the attached owner decision and execute only the approved regulator-area recalculation from checkpoint #282d7874.
REGULATOR PLACEMENT FAIL — corrected L3 requires a 4.5 × 4.5 mm courtyard east of U9, but that area intersects preserved SYS copper at x = −38.85 mm, y = 0.30–5.55 mm and y = 5.55 mm, x = −41.60–−38.85 mm. Resolving placement requires authorization to remove and rebuild the local SYS, 3V3, GND, FB, and PG copper.
I’ll read the attached authorization and execute only the approved local regulator copper rebuild, preserving the rest of the board.
REGULATOR_ISLAND_FAIL — no mutation was made. The available inspection data does not expose complete courtyard, keepout, and preserved-copper geometry in a form that allows a candidate placement to be certified without another trial move.
The board remains unchanged at 99 components, 59 nets, 163 airwires, and 0 dangling traces. Batch 2 remains stopped.
