To size and select the right regulators and passives for your dual-output module, I need a bit more detail:
  1. What’s your input voltage range (e.g. 7–12 V from an external supply, USB 5 V, battery, etc.)?
  2. What’s the maximum load current you need on each rail (3.3 V and 5 V)?
  3. Do you prefer switching regulators (higher efficiency, more external components) or LDOs (simpler, lower noise but less efficient)?
With those answers I can recommend:
  • Appropriate 3.3 V and 5 V regulator ICs
  • Required input/output capacitors and other passives (values, types, footprints)
  • Any protection components (e.g. TVS, reverse-polarity diode)
Let me know these specs and I’ll suggest specific parts and schematic additions.
