I want to design a multi-source power management system that can automatically select between input sources—solar panel, rechargeable battery, or USB—and deliver regulated outputs of 5V, 3.3V, and 1.8V.
Project Requirements Power Inputs
  • Solar Panel: 6V, 2W
  • USB: 5V standard input
  • Li-Ion Battery: 3.7V, 2000mAh
Power Management
  • Charger IC: MCP73831 (handles charging from USB or solar)
  • Power Selection Circuit: Automatically switches between power sources based on availability
Voltage Regulation
  • Boost Converter: MT3608 (boosts battery voltage to 5V)
  • Buck Converters:
    • AP7333-33 for 3.3V output
    • AP7333-18 for 1.8V output
Protection & Stability
  • Schottky Diodes: Prevent reverse current flow
  • Capacitors: Stabilize voltage and reduce ripple
Indicators & Outputs
  • LED Indicators: Show charging and power status
  • Regulated Output Rails: 5V, 3.3V, 1.8V
Request
Can you generate a block diagram showing how these components are interconnected?
