D93, D94 and D95 are three different kinds of componets - WHY ARENT THEY ALL THE SAME? please correct this
You’re right—they should use one consistent physical package. The correct solution is three identical common-anode RGB LEDs:
  • D93: green channel for PWR
  • D94: blue channel for STATUS
  • D95: green/red channels for PGM
  • Unused color channels marked no-connect
I also recorded your approval of the LED positions. Remaining work is to replace all three with the same verified footprint while preserving their centers, route them, remove dangling traces/floating copper/overlaps without moving components, and then update the approved faceplate holes.
I’m blocked because no ACUs remain, so none of these latest corrections were applied.

KYB1 mechanical baseline
  • Preserve the original switch geometry exactly.
  • Preserve original switch-to-switch spacing and row spacing.
  • Keep ROW6 at the original pitch for all used key positions.
  • Remove only the unused key positions in ROW6.
  • Preserve the overall keyboard width.
  • Preserve 38.1 mm of extra controller height above ROW6.

Execution note
This KYB1 geometry-preservation update is not a key-field compaction. The current product has 69 keys, a XIAO ESP32-C5, RAK3112, addressable RGB, microSD, dual USB-C, and three SMA connectors. Preserve the key matrix geometry derived from the original KeepDeck reference geometry, remove only unused ROW6 positions, and extend the board upward for the controller region.
Three-indicator conversion
  • Exactly three physical indicators remain; D96 and D97 were removed.
  • Left-to-right order and final centers: PWR D93 green (31.0000, 37.4000 mm), STATUS D94 blue (36.4692, 37.4000 mm), PGM D95 red/green (41.3500, 37.4000 mm).
  • PWR: D93 anode to 3V3, cathode to U12 OUT0 (IND_PWR_GREEN_N).
  • STATUS: D94 anode to 3V3, cathode to U12 OUT1 (IND_STATUS_BLUE_N).
  • PGM selected MPN: Lite-On LTST-C155GEKT, two electrically independent dice. Datasheet pin mapping: pin 1 G+ (green anode), pin 3 G- (green cathode), pin 2 R+ (red-orange anode), pin 4 R- (red-orange cathode). Both anodes connect to 3V3; G- is sunk by U12 OUT3 and R- by U12 OUT4.
  • Firmware behavior requirement: PGM defaults green, flashes green during XIAO editing/programming, and flashes red on error input.
  • Mechanical checkpoint: do not add faceplate indicator holes until the user explicitly approves these final positions.
