The CH603, CH604, and CH605 from Cosemitech are high-performance ratiometric linear Hall-effect sensors designed for automotive, industrial, and home appliance applications. These versatile devices, which operate on a supply voltage range of 3.0 to 15V, feature precise sensitivity and temperature compensation, making them suitable for environments with operating temperatures from -40°C to 150°C. With a low power consumption of 4 mA at 5 VDC, the sensors offer energy efficiency and flexibility in circuit design through their linear output and capability to respond to both positive and negative gauss. The CH603 has a sensitivity of 3.3 mV/Gauss, the CH604 at 2.5 mV/Gauss, and the CH605 at 5.0 mV/Gauss. Available in lead-free packages such as TO-92S, SOT-89-3L, and SOT-23-3L, these RoHS-compliant sensors also boast high ESD protection, making them robust choices for various sensing applications including current, speed, position, magnetic encoder, and more.
