Applied the critical-net routing intent: INPUT group first, VG second, feedback/summing third, OUTPUT fourth; 12V/GND are wider and lower-priority.
Kept analog nets constrained to the Top layer where possible, with ≥0.25 mm trace width and 0.2 mm clearance intent preserved.
Optimized placement for shorter analog paths: INPUT left, OUTPUT right, U2/input/filter cluster, U1/output cluster, tight feedback passives, VG block grouped separately, and decoupling caps close to LM358 VCC pins.
Verified the board remains on Standard 2 Layer and has no missing-footprint, invalid-layer, overlapping-copper, or floating-copper errors.
Success criteria review
✅ Schematic connectivity preserved.
✅ Critical analog net priorities/widths/layer preferences configured.
✅ Placement tightened for short feedback/summing loops and bottom GND-plane preservation.
❌ Routing is not complete: 44 airwires remain.
❌ Final manufacturing readiness is not met yet because airwires must be routed to zero before Gerbers.
Next steps
Run routing in the PCB editor using this order: IN / AC_IN / INPUT_FILTER_TAP / FILTER_NODE → VG / VG_DIV → U2_INV_IN / INV_OUT / SUM_NODE / U2_SUM_OUT / NOTCH_OUT → AC_OUT_PRE_CAP / OUTPUT → 12V/GND. Keep sensitive traces on Top, avoid vias except where unavoidable, then rerun DRC until airwires are 0 before exporting Gerbers.
