- Deselect all layers except the Top Copper layer.
Apply and Save the Ruleset:
- Confirm and save your changes in the rules editor.
- Ensure that this ruleset is active for your PCB.

After setting these preferences, you can proceed to the Auto Layout feature (typically located in the PCB editor toolbar) to autoroute your connections using only the top copper layer.

This way, your design will comply with your CNC laser requirements for a single-layer copper trace output.
