Current project state:
- Empty new project: no components, nets, schematic, or PCB layout yet.
- Project still has the placeholder name “Elaborate Tomato TARDIS.”
- Your goal is clear: create an Arduino Uno–style board, but branded so the board silkscreen says “Max Uno” instead of “Arduino Uno.”
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
- Rename the project to something like “Max Uno.”
- Define whether this should be an Arduino Uno R3–compatible clone or only visually/functionally similar.
- Add the core circuitry: ATmega328P, USB-to-serial interface, 5 V power, 3.3 V regulator, reset circuit, ICSP headers, Arduino shield headers, crystal/resonator, LEDs, and protection parts.
- Create the PCB layout with Uno-compatible header spacing and silkscreen text “Max Uno.”
- Run schematic/ERC and layout/DRC checks before manufacturing export.
