I’ll create your low-power USB‑C environmental node with Wi‑Fi + BLE and a digital T/RH sensor. Here’s the plan:
  1. Add core parts: a dual‑radio Wi‑Fi+BLE MCU/module, a digital T/RH sensor, a USB‑C Receptacle with Rd CC resistors and a USB Data-Line TVS Diode; plus a programming/debug header.
  2. Power path & protection: add an input TVS Diode, Resettable PTC Fuse, and reverse‑current element (Ideal Diode Controller / MOSFET OR-ing or Schottky Diode); implement an OVP/UVLO/OCP Protection IC sized for 0.5–3 A sources; regulate 5 V to 3.3 V with a Buck Converter (or LDO if acceptable), and required bulk/decoupling caps.
  3. Connectivity & nets: connect I2C between MCU and sensor with 4.7k Resistors pull‑ups; wire USB‑C CC with proper Rd for 5 V default; add boot/reset circuits, decoupling, and test points.
  4. PCB: reserve antenna keep‑outs for a 2.4 GHz Antenna, apply RF and USB ESD routing practices, place and auto‑route; iterate DRC/ERC and part availability.
  5. Finalize: silkscreen, verify protections and power rails, and generate BOM and manufacturing files.
This plan is ready to run. Click Start to execute, or let me know if you’d like any changes (MCU/module choice, antenna type, sensor accuracy, or board size).
