Arduino Due PCB Design

I can’t execute design changes right now because this account has no available ACUs, so AI project-editing features are unavailable.
Current project state:
  • A new empty Flux project was created: Unusual Indigo P.K.E. Meter
  • No schematic components, nets, PCB layout, or documentation have been added yet.
  • You uploaded a reference image for an Arduino Due motor/control expansion board with:
    • Arduino Due main controller
    • 12 motor control channels
    • 54 digital outputs
    • 12 analog outputs
    • 24 V input with 5 V buck converter
    • I2C/SPI headers and terminal blocks
    • Approx. 250 mm × 180 mm PCB concept
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
  • Define the exact requirements: motor current, output voltage/current, analog output type, connector style, and whether this should be an Arduino Due shield or a carrier board.
  • Create the schematic with power input, buck regulator, Arduino Due headers/module, motor drivers, digital output terminals, analog output DACs, and protection.
  • Verify the schematic with ERC/design review.
  • Create PCB outline, place components, route traces, then run DRC.
  • Add bring-up notes and manufacturing outputs if needed.
