    Digital MEMS Barometric Pressure Sensor – Ultra-compact absolute MEMS barometric pressure sensor with an integrated temperature sensor and 24-bit digital output for altimeters, weather stations, GPS, drones, wearables, industrial monitoring, and IoT applications. Operates from a 1.7 V to 3.6 V supply, measures 260 hPa to 1260 hPa (26 kPa to 126 kPa) absolute pressure with ±0.5 hPa absolute accuracy, and communicates via I²C, SPI, or MIPI I3C℠ interfaces. Features low power consumption (4 µA typical at 1 Hz), embedded temperature compensation, 24-bit pressure output, integrated FIFO, programmable output data rates from 1 Hz to 200 Hz, interrupt generation, and 22,000 g shock survivability.
