Fix TXU0104DTRR pin electrical types and publish
This part project is used in a parent design whose ERC needs truthful pin models. Change only the Pin Type property of the terminals (no symbol geometry, footprint, pin numbers, names or other property changes):

Per TI TXU0104 datasheet: A-port inputs (VCCA domain), B/Y-port 3-state outputs (VCCB domain), OE active-low input.
Then publish the part (publish_part) with change notes "Corrected pin electrical types (inputs/outputs/power/ground) per TI datasheet; no geometry change." Report the new published version ID.
