I inspected the footprint: its embedded KiCad source already specifies 1.1 mm pads, 0.7 mm drills, 2.54 mm pitch, and 10.16 mm row spacing, with outline geometry present. The reported 0.0011 and 0.00254 values appear consistent with meters rather than millimeters, so blindly scaling everything by 1000 could introduce an error. In Agent mode, I’ll verify the actual rendered dimensions against the datasheet, correct any pad or outline defects, and validate the result.
I completed the body silkscreen and added a pin-1 marker; the 1000× scaling flag was a units misinterpretation— all 16 pads are 1.1 mm, with 2.54 mm pitch and 10.16 mm row spacing, so I preserved their geometry and mappings. Manufacturer-datasheet verification timed out, and actual drill validation and DRC remain open; the changes are saved but not published. See Footprint Validation for evidence and the checks needed before publishing.
