Completed the part audit and added the official Molex drawing as the part’s Datasheet URL. I created the detailed report here: Part Audit - Molex 0524372271 / 52437-2271.
Open items:
  • Likely footprint mismatch: P1/P2 fitting-nail pads appear inward and slightly oversized versus the Molex drawing.
  • Symbol metadata is incomplete: pin descriptions are missing and all pin types are Unspecified.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Update P1/P2 footprint pads after final visual confirmation against the Molex drawing.
  2. Add pin descriptions for pins 1–22 and P1/P2.
  3. Change pin types from Unspecified to passive/mechanical as appropriate.
I also filed an internal Flux part-quality report for the likely fitting-nail footprint issue.

Finding: the footprint signal pads match the Molex drawing well, but the side fitting-nail pads appear likely incorrect. The current P1/P2 pads are about 1.75 mm inward versus the extracted drawing-based expectation and are 1.30 mm wide rather than the drawing's apparent 1.25 mm callout. This should be visually confirmed against the Molex drawing land-pattern detail before applying a footprint correction.
