Scope Executed
Built a clean-room Flux shadow schematic by functional blocks from the two attached briefs:
  • USB-C service input, USB ESD, CC Rd resistors, CP2102N USB-UART bridge.
  • BQ25185 charger/power-path, BQ29700 protection, TPS63030 buck-boost island, support passives.
  • LM5069/Q1 protected input skeleton, LM5164 5 V buck, TPS7A2033 3.3 V LDO.
  • CC1354 controller/RF interface skeleton, UART/SPI/reset/decoupling.
  • MCP41HV51 digital potentiometer skeleton.
  • K1/K2/K3 relay coil drivers only; contact pins 1/2/3 left external/no-connect.
  • Q2/Q3 retained as DNP / BENCH_ONLY / non-operational.
Current schematic summary: 69 components, 61 nets.
Library Gap Policy Used
Exact MPNs/values from the brief were retained as properties. Where the exact Flux library entry was absent, the schematic uses either a clearly labelled proxy or a generic passive with an explicit LIBRARY GAP note. These are not silent substitutions and are not approved for PCB/layout/manufacturing.
