Features a 5.5 V reverse standoff voltage (VRWM), 6 V minimum breakdown voltage, 14 V maximum clamping voltage at 1 A, and ±30 kV IEC 61000-4-2 contact and air-gap ESD protection. Provides 6 A (8/20 µs) surge current capability, 12 pF typical capacitance, 100 nA maximum leakage current, and 0.4 Ω typical dynamic resistance.
