The Semtech SRDA3.3-6 and SRDA05-6 RailClamp® Low Capacitance TVS Arrays are robust surge-rated diode arrays designed to protect high-speed data interfaces from overvoltage conditions caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and lightning. These components integrate surge-rated, low capacitance steering diodes and a transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode into a single package, providing protection for six I/O lines and a power supply line. With a low operating voltage of 3.3V for the SRDA3.3-6 and 5V for the SRDA05-6, these devices exhibit low clamping voltage and capacitance below 15pF, making them ideal for applications such as USB power and data line protection, T1/E1 secondary IC side protection, HDSL, SDSL, video line protection, and microcontroller input protection. The SRDA series complies with IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) standards up to 15kV (air) and 8kV (contact), IEC 61000-4-4 (EFT) standards up to 40A (5/50ns), and IEC 61000-4-5 (Lightning) standards up to 25A (8/20μs).
