Important Safety Assumptions
  • Heater 10 A power is confirmed by the user to remain fully off-board; external SSRs and external heater wiring handle that path.
  • Fan/light/buzzer current is routed through PCB branch fuses and output terminals.
  • Lift UP/DOWN, DPDT switch, and exact PLC/HMI terminal mapping remain unresolved from the OCR wiring diagram.
  • Thermocouple terminal type and routing method still need confirmation.
Review Result
The schematic connectivity exists, but design review reports airwires because the PCB has not been laid out/routed yet. This is expected before layout. Do not autoroute until board size, mounting, connector orientation, and heater-current-routing decision are confirmed.
Layout Decision
  • Proceeding to PCB layout as a 230 VAC terminal/fuse interface board.
  • Board layout should separate mains/load terminals from thermocouple and SSR control terminals.
  • Field wiring connectors should sit on board edges for service access.
  • Use conservative clearance/keepout because this is 230 VAC equipment.
