Design a NM-Rf hat
I can help design an “NM-RF hat,” but I can’t execute changes in the project right now because there are no available ACUs for AI actions.
Current project state:
  • New blank project: “Evil Copper X-Wing”
  • Components: 0
  • Nets: 0
  • No schematic or PCB work has been added yet.
What remains to start the design:
  • Clarify what “NM-RF hat” means:
    • Hat for which host board? Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32 dev board, custom header?
    • RF function: LoRa, Wi-Fi, BLE, Sub-GHz FSK, NFC, GPS, SDR, or something else?
    • Target frequency band and region: 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 915 MHz, 2.4 GHz, etc.
    • Power source and interface: SPI, UART, I2C, USB, GPIO?
    • Antenna type: SMA/u.FL connector, PCB antenna, chip antenna, or wire antenna.
Once ACUs are available, I can create the schematic, choose RF components, add the host header, design power and level shifting if needed, then lay out the RF section with proper antenna keepout and controlled routing.
