Audited all 62 schematic instances, grouped into 38 unique Flux part definitions (part UID/version identity). Sources: real-time schematic p...
The full audit is complete. I’m doing a final bounded verification of the updated links and the two confirmed mismatch findings before closing out.
Verifying the affected instances and report contents now.
Audited 38 unique parts / 62 instances and added verified Amphenol datasheet links to J5 and J6. The full specifications, pin/footprint checks, and evidence are in the Part Datasheet Audit.
  • Confirmed mismatches: U7 iC-HT package/variant metadata; C30 value conflict (7uF vs 4.7uF).
  • Open items: exact J1/J2 ordering codes, canonical J5/J6 MPNs, U2’s third-party URL, and production-grade specifications for generic passives.
  • Recommended next step: correct the metadata mismatches, then obtain the protected iC-Haus mechanical drawing before approving U7’s footprint for fabrication.

Part Datasheet Audit
Scope and method
Audited all 62 schematic instances, grouped into 38 unique Flux part definitions (part UID/version identity). Sources: real-time schematic properties/pins, PCB footprint nodes/pads, BOM grouping, Flux library metadata, and official manufacturer documentation. No symbol or footprint geometry was changed. The exact component property Datasheet URL was the write criterion. Generic/configurable resistors, capacitors, inductors and the value-only ferrite bead were not assigned invented manufacturers or datasheets.
Pin type/description below is reported as not populated where the instantiated Flux terminal has no such metadata. Footprint pad counts include exposed pads and separately modeled mounting/mechanical pads when visible.

Confirmed mismatches
  1. U7 iC-HT: property says 24-HVQFN, description corresponds to a different/older iC-HTG-style function, and existing URL targets /product/ic-htg/; instantiated symbol/footprint are 28 leads plus exposed pad. Exact iC-HT official page is /product/ic-ht/. Affected: U7. Evidence: official iC-Haus iC-HT page and the project’s 29-terminal/29-pad geometry.
  2. C30: component Capacitance is 7uF while displayed Value is 4.7uF. Affected: C30. This is an internal property mismatch, not a manufacturer comparison.
Unverified items / warnings
  • J1/J2 use template strings as MPNs and a USB-IF specification URL, so exact GCT ordering suffix and mechanical drawing cannot be verified.
  • J5/J6 canonical Manufacturer Part Number is descriptive text rather than 6E17C-009S-AJ-120; manufacturer name is absent.
  • U2’s populated URL is a non-manufacturer mirror. It was not overwritten because the requested write scope was empty exact Datasheet URL properties only; official WCH CH340DS1 download page was identified.
  • U3 thermal-via subdivisions appear as schematic terminals; likely intentional stacked exposed-pad geometry, but terminal metadata is insufficient to prove every subpad is forced to the EP net.
  • Generic/configurable passives lack voltage, tolerance, power/current, dielectric, DCR, saturation and vendor ordering data required for production BOM verification.
