The schematic is complete with 46 components and validated power, sensing, radio, USB-C protection, programming, and debug blocks. The PCB still needs both component placement and trace routing; current airwires are expected because layout has not been completed.

I can’t run or apply auto-layout because the account currently has no available ACUs. Once ACUs are available, the next steps are:

Define board dimensions and stackup.
Place the SiWG917 at an edge with its antenna keepout; it may remain inside ordinary non-conductive plastic with an air gap and no copper, wiring, screws, or bosses nearby.
Thermally isolate the SHT41 from the MCU, buck regulator, inductor, LED, and USB-C connector.
Place protection components at USB-C and minimize the buck converter’s switching loop.
Auto-route, repair routing anomalies, and run final DRC.

I can’t execute or apply auto-layout because the account has no available ACUs. When ACUs are available, the remaining work is board setup, constrained placement with RF antenna keepout and sensor thermal isolation, auto-routing, anomaly repair, and final DRC verification.
