I’m blocked from completing the full schematic build in this session due to execution limits, but I did start the design in your empty project and captured the system architecture.
Work done
  • Saved the full system mermaid diagram into the project property System Architecture (as required).
  • Added the complete VBAT input hardening + pi-filter component set:
    • F1: 30 A fuse placeholder using F1 (closest in-library match)
    • Q1: reverse polarity MOSFET using Q1
    • D1: TVS using D1
    • C1: 1000 uF bulk (generic placeholder)
    • L1: 10 uH inductor using L1
    • C2: 470 uF bulk (generic placeholder)
    • C3: 100 nF HF bypass (generic placeholder)
Success criteria review
  • ❌ VBAT input is not yet wired into a functioning netlist (parts are placed but not connected).
  • ❌ Dual 5 V bucks + ideal-diode arbitration not yet added/wired.
  • ❌ Isolated power/signal domain not yet added/wired.
  • ❌ J1 / J2 mapping + protection networks not yet implemented.
