I couldn’t generate the Gerbers because the export service failed twice. The built-in export flow is the right path for Gerber generation , but this looks like a tool-side issue rather than a problem with your board.
Please try the Gerber export again in a moment. If it keeps failing, contact Flux Support and mention that Gerber export is returning an export tool error on this project.

I tried the Gerber export again, and the export tool is still failing. The built-in export flow does support Gerber output , so this appears to be a service-side problem rather than a limitation of your board.
If you want to keep moving:
- try the Gerber export again in a few minutes
- if it still fails, contact Flux Support and mention that Gerber export is returning an export tool error for this project
If you want, I can also export a BOM, pick-and-place, or PDF next to see whether only Gerbers are affected.
