Based on the Flux documentation, you cannot add a standalone pad purely from the schematic editor—pads are defined in footprints in the PCB workspace. To include your sense electrode:

• Define a new footprint (or edit an existing one) in the PCB tab.
• In the Footprint object, use the three-dots menu to “Add Pad” for each sense electrode.
• Assign the pad designators to match the touch sensor S-pin terminals in your schematic so they link automatically.
