The schematic is complete and electrically checked: USB-C protection, TPS25940 reverse-blocking eFuse, 3.3 V buck, SiWG917 Wi‑Fi/BLE module, SHT41 sensor, ESD, debug, and support circuitry are wired.
I can’t execute board setup or placement because no ACUs are currently available. Remaining work:
Define board dimensions and a 4-layer stackup.
Place the SiWG917 antenna at a board edge with its 6.75 mm all-layer keepout.
Keep copper, wiring, screws, bosses, and conductive materials outside the antenna region; ordinary non-conductive plastic may cover it with an air gap.
Place the SHT41 at an airflow-exposed edge, thermally isolated from the MCU, buck regulator, inductor, LED, and USB-C connector.
Keep the MP28301, inductor, and input/output capacitors tightly grouped.
Place USB-C ESD and eFuse circuitry immediately behind the receptacle.
Run placement DRC, then pause for approval before routing.
