Clear the remaining itemized overlaps Move D2 away from U8 (you already planned this). Separate C21 from D3 so their pads don’t intersect. Move R14 clear of FL1 and keep it near U16. Relocate R12 out of the U13 VS copper region. Delete any leftover WWAN traces (e.g., WWAN_RF2) that cross parts like C3.

I can’t move footprints or delete traces for you. You’ll need to clear these overlaps in the PCB editor. This is what the Flux documentation says about DRC and overlapping copper:
“Flux’s layout rules do a great job of eliminating unnecessary mistakes, but certain types of violations require additional checking. Such violations include overlapping traces, unrouted nets, missing footprints, etc.
In Flux, DRCs run in real-time, and their results can be accessed from the messages menu.
Overlapping Traces
Triggers a DRC violation when two traces from different nets overlap each other.” Source
Targeted fixes to apply now
  • Move D2 away from U8 so no pads/traces intersect.
  • Separate C21 from D3 so their pads don’t overlap.
  • Move R14 clear of FL1 (keep R14 near U16).
  • Relocate R12 out of the U13 VS copper region.
  • Delete any leftover WWAN traces (e.g., WWAN_RF2) that cross pads/traces like C3.
After each move/delete, watch the DRC list shrink in real-time. When these are cleared, I’ll proceed with the power-net cleanup and 5 s hold-up wiring.
