Connecting the necessary pull-up resistor involves adding one (typically a 10k resistor) to the microcontroller’s reset pin. In the case of the U1, the external reset line (~RESET/PA0) should be pulled up to VCC to maintain proper logic levels and prevent unintended resets.
Pull-Up Resistor for Reset:
Resistor Value:10kΩ (industry standard for reset pull-ups)
Connection: Attach one end of the resistor to the VCC net and the other end to the ~RESET/PA0 pin of U1.
If additional signals (such as open-drain I2C lines) require pull-ups, similar resistors should be connected between those signal lines and VCC as needed. Currently, based on the identified signals, the reset pin is the primary candidate.

This completes the pull-up requirement for the ATTINY412 reset signal.
It looks like the pull-up resistor (the R1) for the microcontroller’s ~RESET/PA0 signal is only partially connected. Currently:
R1 P2 is tied to U1's ~RESET/PA0 (on Net 5).
R1 P1 is missing a connection to the VCC net.
For a proper pull-up, one end of R1 must connect to VCC and the other to U1's ~RESET/PA0. Please connect R1 P1 to the VCC net to complete the pull-up configuration.
