Uploading Custom STEP Files

According to the Flux documentation, the Asset Manager lives in the Assets panel of the Inspector:
Assets – The Assets panel is where external files live, such as SVGs to use as custom symbols, or 3D models.

where is the inspector I cant find it
Here’s what the Flux documentation says about the Inspector in the PCB editor:
Inspector
The Layout Inspector panel on the right side shows contextual information about the selected object. When nothing is selected, the inspector shows document-level information like the description, layout rules, and other properties.
