VESC Motor Controller Design

Wire up power distribution and control signals between the MCU and power stage.
make the mcu and esp 32 with usb type c and bluetooth and split the logic board and power board
No schematic changes were made; the project remains empty because no ACUs are currently available.
Remaining work:
  • Split the design into isolated logic and 96 V / 1000 A power boards.
  • Add the VESC MCU, ESP32 Bluetooth subsystem, USB-C interface, isolated communications, auxiliary supplies, sensing, protection, and board-to-board connectors.
  • Engineer the power stage, busbars, precharge, contactor control, fault shutdown, and cooling. At this power level, these are safety-critical and require validated electrical, thermal, and mechanical requirements before construction.
