Remaining work:
Split the design into isolated logic and 96 V / 1000 A power boards.
Add the VESC MCU, ESP32 Bluetooth subsystem, USB-C interface, isolated communications, auxiliary supplies, sensing, protection, and board-to-board connectors.
Engineer the power stage, busbars, precharge, contactor control, fault shutdown, and cooling. At this power level, these are safety-critical and require validated electrical, thermal, and mechanical requirements before construction.
