We’ve completed your WiFi/BLE smart humidity sensor design end-to-end: the project description and Mermaid system architecture diagram have been updated, the schematic now includes the ESP32-WROOM-32, SHT31 sensor, TPS62133 buck regulator, 5 V barrel jack, decoupling capacitors, 4.7 kΩ I2C pull-ups and all required passives with proper net connections, and footprints have been assigned. A 4-layer PCB with dedicated 3.3 V and ground planes, mounting holes, antenna keep-out, classified nets, and correctly sized traces was defined, components were placed ensuring antenna clearance, all nets auto-routed, a design rule check run to clear airwires, and the BOM verified with lifecycle statuses to ensure full manufacturability.
