I’ll clear the existing copper fault, set current-appropriate rules for firing power and logic, route all nets, then iterate through final DRC and airwire cleanup.

The overlap is inside U5’s published TPS26630 footprint: an unbound generated thermal/mount pad overlaps exposed GND pad 25 and cannot be edited at board level. I’ve documented/reported that library defect and will route with it as the sole acknowledged residual unless another issue appears.

The main routing pass completed with 1,425 trace/via nodes and only four airwires remaining. I’m cleaning those connections surgically and checking the routed copper now.
